The staff is wonderful. The hostess and the waitress as well as the busboys. They are very friendly and relaxed. I had a cup of chicken soup and it was good. The kids with us had breakfast and it looked yummy.

Lunch was a little underwhelming and from the other reviews, it may be worth a second trip to try their breakfast. Angelo's is your typical Greek diner style restaurant serving a wide variety of food. I was in for lunch with co-workers and the service was great. I ordered the gyro which can with fries and soup. All the soups are homemade and the chicken noodle I had was pretty good. The gyro was a little dried out and just ok. I thought the lunch was a little pricey compared to similar restaurants in the area.

We were traveling through South Bend and decided to eat at a local business rather than a chain. This place is awful. Staff was friendly, but the food was terrible. I had a "side salad" that was basically iceberg lettuce, 1 slice of cucumber and a tomato wedge. Iceberg lettuce is bad enough, but my lettuce was transparent,like glass. I ordered crepes that had eggs and cheese and it was basically a pile of dough with cheese underneath it.

Great family restaurant and reasonable prices. Chicago Style Chicken is very good. The staff is friendly and owner makes it feel homey.

This is a great place for breakfast at a reasonable price. Even when they are busy, they get you in and out without the feeling of being rushed.

Went for lunch, ordered the ribs and fries, the ribs were tender and had good flavor.. Our waitress was polite and helpful.. I would go again if I was in that area but nothing I would drive out of my way for.

Our family was here yesterday and we found the food and service to be outstanding. Hubby had the lasagna, I had the meatloaf, and the boys both had chicken strips. Our waitress was very sweet as were the other patrons. This is a great & friendly place to eat!
